We had our first trip to My Kids Dentist last week and to be honest, my son and I were anxious to the max for this appointment as it was my sons FIRST dentist appointment. He is 5 - I know we are late to the game, but none-the-less - we went. From the scheduling of the appointment to us leaving after the appointment was FANTASTIC! Cyndal, the front desk receptionist was super pleasant on the phone when I was scheduling the appointment, and she took care to note that it was his first and he might be shy or nervous. Once we arrived, we saw my sons name on the chalkboard as a new patient - and my son LOVED that! Made him feel super special. The lobby was packed but still comfortable to wait in - TV was playing a disney movie which was nice to take his attention while anxiously waiting. During X-Rays he struggled, but the technicians were very patient and accommodating to him. During the cleaning, the same - super patient and understanding that it's all new to him. Dr Feleshia Apps was SUPER nice with him and made him laugh a few times to make him comfortable. I really liked our first time here and feel extremely grateful for everyone's genuine care.

This dental facility is wonderful for kids. Where our son has struggled to get treatment for his cavities elsewhere, he has had success here with Sarah and Dr. Apps who have been exceptional. The entire staff has been great.
